yes, it's true you can lose weigth in just 5 days, look at the left picture, those fats on my face, I was 80Kg, and after hard workout that I was doing every day I could lose 15 Kg, it's so nice to lose those weigths in just 5 days, now my weight is 65Kg, everyone have an extra weights have to practise exercises as much as possible in order to get rid of fats.
