Do you think that you are going to lose weight just by staying at home. That what I was thinking before, I had an ugly abdomen, so I decided to dispose of it, the only idea that came to mind is walking, I was wondering, can I get rid of those extra fats if walk as much as I can. Then, every morning I was getting out to walk, fortunately I met some women that were doing the same thing,  and they gave me some advice "If you want to have a good shape and healthy body, you have to run and walk every morning and also will protect your body against some illnesses" They motivated me a lot, after that I kept do that regularly. Finally, I got better as you can see in the right picture.Walking to lose weight
