Motivating weigh loss photos

If you don’t believe me I don’t understand why you say I’m ashamed of who I was. You made me think a lot about it, so I decided to post this to show you I really don’t care how I used to look, I’m actually proud of the old me. Btw It’s a before and during, because I’m still working on my body and I know one day I will get where i want to be.

I don’t know if you can see the change, but I actually feel like a different person.

    P.S. Same phone, Different body.

You don’t need to explain yourself to nobody, nor show any part of you that you’d rather not. You do look great, congrats and thank you for sharing, your photos are motivating.

How I get a sexy body

Can’t stress it enough that when you’re on your fitness journey—take as many pics as humanly possible!! You will most definitely thank yourself later. I made that mistake & didn’t take very many when I started because, well, I wasn’t so in love with what the photo showed me  but man it really helps to take them to look back on. I’ve been feeling like “ am I even making any progress?” The scale doesn’t always move when you’re trying to lose weight, so taking a picture really shows you how much change is really happening!!

Such an inspiring story - against all odds, she has reached her goal in losing weight

It’s 2017. You need motivation? No, what you need is discipline.
IT’S TIME TO FOCUS.
Force yourself to do things. Force yourself to get up early, make your bed, go get ready, and go. Force yourself to make plans for the day, and follow through with all those plans.
Be selfish. Stop giving your time to people that do not matter. YOUR TIME IS SO SO PRECIOUS. STOP WASTING IT!

This is the most important thing that you can do right now, take care of you. Stop being distracted by the world and it’s never ending problems. This is the time that you need to put toward yourself because you are the greatest investment of your life.
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

EVERYDAY is a chance to wake up and give your 150%.
EXHAUST yourself. That is the only way to give your all. At the end of the day, you should be exhausted from working so much, from reading so much, from exercising so much.
Don’t go home because you are tired. Do whatever you need to get done and don’t come home until it’s all done. That is how you know you are giving it your best. Go to the gym, and give your work out your all.
When you go home, you should feel like you are drained. You should feel like you have nothing left to give because you gave it your all. Because then, you can be proud of yourself and everything you have achieved.
Giving it your all is what matters. Give your all every single day. Discipline your mind and your body and you will become successful.

You fall back one day? That is O.K., try the next day. You are human, so accept your mistakes. However, love yourself enough to know that you will never giving.
THIS IS IT. THIS IS YOUR LIFE. Right now, no matter what circumstances we are all in, is what matters. Take advantage of today. Write down your dreams and force yourself to work toward them, one day at a time.
IT’S TIME TO FOCUS.
THIS is your year. This is your life. One day at a time baby. One day at a time. Go ahead and don’t stop.”

Losing weight (194 lbs to 149 lbs) in about 6 months

Before 194

After 149

Goal 120

This took me about a total of 6 months

Going into my weight loss journey I didn’t want to think of it as a “diet” more of me being cautious of what I was in-taking and how it affected me. At first I was going to the gym 5 days a week for about 45 minutes. I would do 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weights. I wasn’t really keeping track of my calories, but I was guesstimating and trying to stay below at least 1250 calories. I usually ate what I wanted as long as it was in that calorie range for the day. I did however cut out most sugars. And definitely soft drinks!  I am by no means at my goal. I still have about 30 lbs to reach my main goal. I did reach my first one which was to get to 150! Yay :) It’s really hard to actually realize how different you actually look, that is why these before and afters are really important. You may be thinking “ugh, I don’t want to document myself looking like this!” Well, trust me neither did I, but looking back and seeing the difference really helps to stay motivated! Especially when you feel like you aren’t making progress, cause girl… I still feel the same! Good luck to anyone who is out there looking at these for motivation :) You can do it.

Before And After Diet - These People Are Preferred More 10 Kilos

hello every body.  there are steps you must take before starting a diet, but also during and after. The implementation of these actions will help you reach your goal much easier.

1) Before the diet:
  • Tell others that you are trying to lose weight, you can possibly help you find a buddy system easier
  • Schedule the plan: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail,
  • Ask yourself if you are really ready to go on a diet,
Prepare a list of rewards (not based on food), you can pay whenever you reach a mini-goal.
  • Keep a food diary every day to record everything you eat (solid and liquid)
  • Set a goal of weight loss realistic, then make a list of reasons why you should be sought
  • Hunting of unhealthy foods in your kitchen,

2) While the diet

  • Do not forget to play sports or other physical activities,
  • Understanding of the personality of weight loss: impulsive, stubborn, happy, anxious, sloppy...
  • Commit to not lose sight of the goal of initial weight loss, to stay focused and motivated,
  • Do not skip breakfast or any meal.
  • Do not starve (not eating is not a sustainable solution for weight loss)
  • Do not yield to the temptation of food
  • Do not beat yourself up if you back up a notch,

3) After the diet

  • Eat more, but not too much,
Analyze your calorie intake to control weight gain after the diet
  • Increase your training volume to compensate for the extra food you eat again
  • Plan your meals and be careful when you eat
  • Keep records of food to measure progress,
