Hello everyone, motivation to lose weight, in this post I'm going to share with you my experience in weight loss. First I want to say that losing weight is not an easy task, if you do not have a willingness to lose weight by practising sport and following a healthy diet you will not get to lose extra fats. that's what happened to me in the beggining when I decided to lose weight, I was so lazy to do what I was supposed to do to get my dream shape, after a period of time I sat down and I wondered why I can not be patient and motivated to achieve what I want, so I changed my mind and I started doing some regular exercises 4 times a week in gym, it's was a wonderful time I spent and I had not thought that it's will be like that, at the same time I was following a healthy diet which I took from a book of a doctor was on the net, so after three months of patience and struggling, I got the weight that I had dreamt, the sections that impacted was my face, now I'm more beautiful than I was, you can see this big different on the picture, I have lost 70 pounds, it's incredible.
