Before and During, Same underwear ! I can never go back to that version of me… all me, no trainer, no creams, no pills, no quick fixes! Just time, patience, consistency, dedication, and a mix of crazy! when I look in the mirror I still see rolls and my skin is looser but I don’t get discouraged. I put in work cause I know that changes are being made! Keep going so you have pictures like these later!! It’s definitely fire in my furnace.

Was looking back at my Camera Roll today and wanted to compare pictures from the start of this whole thing to the ones I took this morning. Wow.
Left picture was taken on January 6 this year. I think this was around my highest weight of 165. There’s almost a thirty-pound difference between these two pictures.

Motivation is intrumental in losing weight
Last time I was in Europe vs this time. A lot of weight gone both physically and emotionally. I’m a new person, really. Quite a few pant sizes separate the girl on the left from the girl. Many experiences fill the gaps between these two people. I’m not where I want to before so many reasons but damn, I’m a lot closer than I was.
Nonetheless, traveling always teaches me more about myself. I’m thankful to be more secure in myself. I’m thankful that I have learned how to love myself and others more authentically and profoundly and deeply.
How she has lost weight through walking
On the left is me at 15 stone back in March/April 2016 before moving to Spain for 8 months, and on the right is me today weighing 12 stone and living back in the UK as of December 22nd!
I wasn’t planning on losing weight at all, it just kinda happened because the food in Spain was all organic and healthy (but I still ate a tonne of fast foods and sweet things!) plus I walked everywhere, and that became the only exercise I did!
I like to think this is proof that there’s no need for excessive diets and exercising, just eat a little healthier and do what exercise you can

Such an inspiring story - against all odds, she has reached her goal in losing weight
It’s 2017. You need motivation? No, what you need is discipline.
IT’S TIME TO FOCUS.
Force yourself to do things. Force yourself to get up early, make your bed, go get ready, and go. Force yourself to make plans for the day, and follow through with all those plans. Be selfish. Stop giving your time to people that do not matter. YOUR TIME IS SO SO PRECIOUS. STOP WASTING IT!
This is the most important thing that you can do right now, take care of you. Stop being distracted by the world and it’s never ending problems. This is the time that you need to put toward yourself because you are the greatest investment of your life.
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
EVERYDAY is a chance to wake up and give your 150%. EXHAUST yourself. That is the only way to give your all. At the end of the day, you should be exhausted from working so much, from reading so much, from exercising so much. Don’t go home because you are tired. Do whatever you need to get done and don’t come home until it’s all done. That is how you know you are giving it your best. Go to the gym, and give your work out your all. When you go home, you should feel like you are drained. You should feel like you have nothing left to give because you gave it your all. Because then, you can be proud of yourself and everything you have achieved. Giving it your all is what matters. Give your all every single day. Discipline your mind and your body and you will become successful.
You fall back one day? That is O.K., try the next day. You are human, so accept your mistakes. However, love yourself enough to know that you will never giving. THIS IS IT. THIS IS YOUR LIFE. Right now, no matter what circumstances we are all in, is what matters. Take advantage of today. Write down your dreams and force yourself to work toward them, one day at a time. IT’S TIME TO FOCUS. THIS is your year. This is your life. One day at a time baby. One day at a time. Go ahead and don’t stop.”

Losing weight (194 lbs to 149 lbs) in about 6 months
Before 194
After 149
Goal 120
This took me about a total of 6 months
Going into my weight loss journey I didn’t want to think of it as a “diet” more of me being cautious of what I was in-taking and how it affected me. At first I was going to the gym 5 days a week for about 45 minutes. I would do 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weights. I wasn’t really keeping track of my calories, but I was guesstimating and trying to stay below at least 1250 calories. I usually ate what I wanted as long as it was in that calorie range for the day. I did however cut out most sugars. And definitely soft drinks! I am by no means at my goal. I still have about 30 lbs to reach my main goal. I did reach my first one which was to get to 150! Yay :) It’s really hard to actually realize how different you actually look, that is why these before and afters are really important. You may be thinking “ugh, I don’t want to document myself looking like this!” Well, trust me neither did I, but looking back and seeing the difference really helps to stay motivated! Especially when you feel like you aren’t making progress, cause girl… I still feel the same! Good luck to anyone who is out there looking at these for motivation :) You can do it.
submitted by angeedays Discover how she has undegone a total change in her face and shape
Here is a face to face Friday! I really am wearing a shirt I promise haha. So I’m between these pictures is exactly 22 pounds which is where I am at as a total loss right now. There’s also 10 months and 1 day between these pictures. It’s not always about how much weight has been lost. The journey getting there isn’t just the weight. It’s the workouts, the food, the successes, the failures, the moments that take your breath away, it’s hope, and sadness, it’s long talks in the middle of the night or hoping not to say the wrong thing. For me it’s also the decision to get off birth control. To move. To get a new dog. To spend more time with my husband. To reach out to my friends for support. If I could only tell you everything that’s happened in these 10 months. I will continue to persevere, but from this day forward, I will try and remember it’s not about the pounds. It’s all about life.
